2️⃣ Have your partner lie comfortably on their stomach, allowing their back muscles to relax completely.
3️⃣ Stand beside your partner, flex your elbow to around 150 degrees, so that your knuckles are facing your head. This will help prevent any strain.
4️⃣ Gently place your elbows on your partner's back, just above the lower back area.
5️⃣ Apply steady and even pressure, and slowly slide your elbows upwards along the sides of the spine, towards the shoulders.
6️⃣ As you reach the shoulders, release the pressure slightly, and glide your elbows back down towards the lower back.
7️⃣ Remember to maintain a fluid motion, and avoid any abrupt movements.
8️⃣ Repeat the Upward Elbow Back Stroke several times, focusing on the areas where your partner feels tension.
